- Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- All orders take 2-3 business days to process and 3-5 days for shipping.
CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER?
- We will allow an exchange given that your order is in the same condition that it was received in, within 5 business days of it being delivered.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
- We do NOT offer cash refunds, only exchange, or store credit only.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive a email confirmation with a tracking number.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ORDER?
- You must email with an attached photo within 5 days of delivery.
