SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping time to the continental United States is 5 business days. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of the checkout.
- In the event that your information is input incorrectly your order maybe delayed. If additional information is needed. Once your order is packed for shipment we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Then another confirmation email once the package has been delivered.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving the item. Any returns received outside of the window will not be approved.
- Any approved returns made will be eligible for store credit only. We do not process refunds. If you ordered the wrong item or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee.
- If an item happens to be damaged or defective you must report it to us within 5 business days after delivery day. Any damages after the 5 business days will not be accepted please attach a photo of return inquiry.
- If you are missing an item from your order. You will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo. We cannot assist you in the situation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit. Shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
